Pecan Pie Recipe with Orange Juice - Orange Cane Syrup Pecan Pie

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, cane syrup, orange rind, orange juice, flour and salt.
  2. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until blended.
  3. Stir in chopped pecans.
  4. Pour mixture into pastry shell.
  5. Arrange pecan halves on top of pie.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 55 to 60 minutes.
  7. Cool overnight.
  8. Slice into 8 wedges.
