Mac's Curry Chicken Recipe
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken
- 2 cans soup (chicken/mushroom)
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 to 1 pound fresh green beans
- 1 Spanish onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 tbsp. butter
- White or possibly brown rice, cooked
- Chop chicken into small bite-size pcs.
- Brown on low temperature.
- In saucepan, fold in soup and heavy cream.
- Heat at low temperature.
- Saute/fry green beans, minced red peppers, onions in 1 Tbsp.
- butter, or possibly butter.
- Add in chicken, peppers, onions and green beans to sauce.
- Add in curry pwdr, black pepper, and garlic pwdr.
- Sauce will be very thick.
- Add in more cream if you like.
- Pour over cooked rice.
