Beer Batter For Fish Recipe

  1. Combine flour, salt, melted butter, egg yolk and sale beer; beat only till smooth.
  2. Cover and let stand in cold place from 1 to 12 hrs.
  3. Just before using beat egg whites till stiff and fold gently into batter.
  4. Very good on mushroom, eggplant and other vegetables.
