Easy Cheesy Lemon Bars Recipe
- 1 (17 1/4 ounce.) pkg. Pillsbury lemon cake mix
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce.) pkg. Pillsbury lemon frosting mix
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- Combine cake mix, butter, and 1 egg.
- Mix with fork till moist.
- Pat into greased 13 x 9 inch pan on bottom only.
- Blend frosting mix into cream cheese.
- Reserve 1/2 c. of cheese and frosting mix.
- Add in 2 Large eggs to remaining frosting mix.
- Beat 3 to 5 min.
- Spread over cake mix.
- Bake for 30 to 40 min in 350 degree oven.
- Cold; spread with reserved frosting mix.
