Turkey-Apple Gyros

  1. Toss apple with lemon juice; set aside.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet, saute onion and peppers in hot oil, stirring frequently until crisp-tender.
  3. Add turkey to skillet, and stir until heated through.
  4. Stir in apple mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, add garlic to yogurt and mix.
  6. Fold pitas in half, and fill with turkey mixture.
  7. Drizzle with yogurt mixture.
