Bacon Spinach Salad

  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp and brrown, 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Drain on paper towel and break into small pieces.

  5. Ad olive oil to the pan and wisk in the vinegar, mustard, and a dash of salt and pepper, Add the bacon.and set aside.
  6. 3.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the spinach and toss to coat, Add cheese and serve.
