Bacon Spinach Salad
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) bag Baby Spinach
- 1 small bosc pear, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 ounce romano cheese, shaved

- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp and brrown, 6 to 8 minutes.
- Drain on paper towel and break into small pieces.

- Ad olive oil to the pan and wisk in the vinegar, mustard, and a dash of salt and pepper, Add the bacon.and set aside.

- In a large bowl, combine the spinach and toss to coat, Add cheese and serve.
