Sriracha Chicken Cheese Dip
- 6 ounces, weight Canned Chicken
- 3 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 cup Grated Pepper-jack Cheese, Divided
- Fresh Chopped Parsely Or Green Onions, For Garnish
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, add canned chicken and use two forks to break apart.
- Add Sriracha and sour cream; stir well to combine.
- Add half the cheese and fold into the mixture.
- Transfer to an oven safe baking dish.
- Top with remaining grated cheese and bake 810 minutes.
- We love this dip with warmed tortilla or pita chips!
- Garnish with parsley or diced scallions/green onions.
