Dried Beef And Eggs Recipe

• 1/2 pound dry beef, briefly boiled and liquid removed
• 4 tbsp. butter
• 1 sm. onion, minced
• 1/4 c. diced green pepper
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 10 Large eggs
• 4 ounce. Kraft Old English cheese

1. Saute/fry beef, onion, and green pepper over low heat.
2. Add in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Large eggs, and cheese.
3. Stir this constantly till cheese blends with other ingredients.
4. Continue cooking till the mix reduces to the consistency of scrambled Large eggs.
