Firefly Squid and Nanohana Corzetti
- 12 sheets Corzetti pasta
- 10 Firefly squid
- 4 Broccolini
- 4 grams Garlic
- 3 grams Anchovies
- 100 grams Fresh tomatoes
- 30 grams Tomato sauce
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Salt
- Gently stir-fry the firefly squid, garlic, and olive oil in a frying pan.
- Add the anchovies and fresh tomatoes.
- Lightly simmer over low heat, then add the lightly boiled broccolini.
- Boil and fry the corzetti, then coat with the sauce in the frying pan.
- Emulsify with olive oil to finish.
