Firefly Squid and Nanohana Corzetti

  1. Gently stir-fry the firefly squid, garlic, and olive oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add the anchovies and fresh tomatoes.
  3. Lightly simmer over low heat, then add the lightly boiled broccolini.
  4. Boil and fry the corzetti, then coat with the sauce in the frying pan.
  5. Emulsify with olive oil to finish.
