Gorgonzola Butter (for steaks)
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 3/4 tsp rosemary
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
- Shape into a roughly 5" log shape.
- Wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper.
- Chill in fridge for at least 30 min.
- After steaks are done cooking, cut thin slices off the butter log and top steaks with it.
- Enjoy!
