Gorgonzola Butter (for steaks)

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Shape into a roughly 5" log shape.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper.
  4. Chill in fridge for at least 30 min.
  5. After steaks are done cooking, cut thin slices off the butter log and top steaks with it.
  6. Enjoy!
