Kela Toffee

  1. Take a thick-bottomed vessel and place all the ingredients in it.
  2. Cook over a low fire, stirring all the while.
  3. When the mixture starts leaving the sides and forms a ball, remove from the fire.
  4. Spread into a greased thali.
  5. Cut into shapes while still hot.
  6. Cool and store.
