Kela Toffee
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. ghee
- Take a thick-bottomed vessel and place all the ingredients in it.
- Cook over a low fire, stirring all the while.
- When the mixture starts leaving the sides and forms a ball, remove from the fire.
- Spread into a greased thali.
- Cut into shapes while still hot.
- Cool and store.
