Alsatian Stuffing (For A 5 To 6 Lb Goose) Recipe

• 3/4 lb Bulk sausage
• 1/4 lb Ham grnd
• 1/4 lb Tongue grnd Gizzard, heart, and liver from goose grnd
• 2 sm White onions minced
• 1/2 c. Chopped celery
• 1/4 tsp Grated nutmeg Salt to taste Freshly-cracked pepper to taste

1. Blend all together seasoning to taste.
