- 3 bunches Komatsuna
- 6 wieners; if bacon 2 or 3 long strips Wiener sausages or bacon
- 2 full bowls Plain cooked rice
- 1 tbsp Chicken soup stock granules
- 1 Ground black pepper, salt
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Butter
- Mince the komatsuna.
- Slice the sausages diagonally.
- Cook the komatsuna and sausages in butter and flavor with salt and pepper.
- Once the komatsuna has wilted, add the rice!
- (If the moisture has come out from the komatsuna, pat dry with a paper towel).
- Once you've added the rice, add the chicken soup stock and ground black pepper.
- Add soy sauce while tasting, and it's finished!
- Note: Bacon instead of sausages is also delicious!
- Note: To make this even easier, you can thinly cut the komatsuna and bacon with kitchen scissors!
- I recommend this method!
