Creole Scramble Eggs & Potatoes

• 2 eggs
• 2 dash Creole seasoning or to taste
• 2 dash Paprika to taste
• 1 black pepper to taste
• 3 dash Cayenne, if like it hot use more
• 1/4 cup shredded hash browns

1. Spray skillet with cooking spray or oil of your choice.
2. cook hash browns adding seasonings
3. add eggs and scramble.
