Hot Open-Faced Sandwiches
- 4 slices Rye Bread, Buttered On One Side
- 1 slice Deli Ham Or Turkey (if Thin Sliced, You May Want To Layer On A Few)
- 1 slice Cheese (Any Kind Of Cheese - We Like American Or Swiss)
- 8 spears Frozen, Slightly Cooked, Broccoli
- 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 13 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded Or Grated
- 1 teaspoon Prepared Yellow Mustard (or To Taste. I Add A Little More.)
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Onions
- Put rye bread slices, buttered side up, on a shallow rimmed baking sheet.
- Top each with meat, cheese slice and 2 broccoli spears.
- Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mustard and lemon juice, together.
- Spread evenly on top of sandwiches.
- Sprinkle with green onion.
- Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Enjoy!
