Thyme Pork Chops & Gravy Recipe

  1. Brown pork chops in oil on both sides.
  2. Remove from heat; season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  3. Add in onions to drippings and cook till tender.
  4. Add in broth, thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pork chops to skillet.
  5. Cover and simmer 35 to 40 min.
  6. Makes 8 servings.
