BBQ Pork Glaze

• 1/2 cup Apricot - Pineapple preserves
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup Bourbon
• 2 dash Tobasco
• 1 dash smoke

1. Mix it well together and cook it down to a syrupy glaze consistency.
2. Apply as needed!
