Cheesy Mexican Pizza

• 1/2 cup medium chunky salsa
• 1 pre-baked pizza crust
• 1 cup chopped, cooked chicken or turkey Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack Cheese
• 1/4 cup each: diced green pepper and sliced black olives
• 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)

1. SPREAD salsa evenly over pizza crust; top with remaining ingredients.
2. BAKE at 450F (230C) for 15 minutes.
