Strawberry (Or Chocolate) Banana Shake (Lite-Bleu)

• 12 frozen strawberries (use 12 ice cubes for chocolate shake)
• 2 cups 2% low-fat milk
• 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package sugar-free fat free instant banana cream pudding mix (use chocolate flavor for chocolate shake)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (for Strawberry shake only)
• 14 cup lite Cool Whip
• 1 banana

1. To a blender add strawberries (or ice cubes) and milk.
2. Blend until ice is crushed thoroughly.
3. Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1 minute until smooth.
4. Serve.
