JELL-O-Filled Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor
- 30 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Cool completely.
- Meanwhile, use paring knife to carefully cut centers from marshmallows, starting at one short end of each and being careful not to cut through to bottom of marshmallow.
- Discard removed centers.
- Use end of wooden spoon handle to enlarge openings in marshmallows to make 1/4-inch-thick shells.
- Place marshmallows, cut sides up, in shallow pan; fill with gelatin.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
