Santa Fe Soup
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 2 cups black beans, drained
- 2 cups pinto beans, drained
- 2 cups navy beans, drained
- 2 cups shoepeg corn, drained
- 2 cups Rotel tomatoes
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
- 4 cups water
- sour cream
- shredded cheese
- Fritos
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- Add drained beans and corn.
- Mix in tomatoes.
- Stir in taco seasoning, ranch dressing mix and water.
- Cook for 2 hours on medium heat.
- Spoon into bowls.
- Top with sour cream, shredded cheese and Fritos.
