Peach n Cream Pie

  1. Topping: In medium bowl combine butter, oatmeal and coconut.
  2. Prepare pie.
  3. Pie: Put sliced peaches into unbaked pasty shell.
  4. Mix (don't beat) whipping cream, sugar, and cornstarch til smooth, mix in egg and vanilla.
  5. Pour over peaches.
  6. Sprinkle topping mixture over.
  7. Bake in 425 oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 325 and bake 1 hour.
