Fluffy Layered Orange Dessert

  1. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  2. Stir in COOL WHIP and zest.
  3. Arrange half the ladyfingers, rounded-sides down, in 8-or 9-inch square dish; drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  4. orange juice.
  5. Cover with half the pudding mixture.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  8. Top with oranges, nuts and nutmeg just before serving.
