Durian Ogura Cake

  1. Blend milk and durian puree until smooth
  2. Beat egg yolk.
  3. Whole egg.
  4. Veg oil.
  5. Salt.
  6. And last add in durian puree.
  7. Beat till fluffy and light.
  8. Fold in cake flour
  9. Beat egg white n cream of tartar.
  10. Add in sugar slowly in 2-3 batches.
  11. Beat till firm peak
  12. Take 1/3 portion of meringue to mix well with Egg yolk mixture.
  13. Then fold in the rest of meringue with big stapula to the mixture.
  14. Lined the baking paper n grease the side of an 8" tin.
  15. Pour in the mixture and bake 150c for 35 min and 140c for 25min
  16. Once baked.
  17. Remove from oven and drop the tin from 10cm high to release the hot air.
  18. Cool 10 min and remove cake fm tin.
  19. Serve when it is cool
