Chicken-Broccoli-Cheddar Pot Pie
- 1 bag of frozed broccoli florets
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1-1/2 can of cream of broccoli soup
- 2 8oz. pkg. of finely shredded cheese (recommend 1 sharp cheddar, and any 1 mild cheese)
- 2 deep dish pilsbury pie crusts (they usually come in packs of two)
- 1. brown chicken in skillet-season to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.)
- 2. shred chicken 3. mix chicken, broccoli, soup, and cheese in bowl 4. scoop into pie crust 5. peel second crust form metal pan and place on top of filled pie.
- press the sides of the crust firmly together with fork.
- 5. bake at 375 until brown (remember your just waiting for the broccoli to cook) 6.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes so that it can thicken
