Four-Berry Spread

  1. Crush berries in a large kettle.
  2. Stir in pectin; bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in sugar; return to a full rolling boil.
  4. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from the heat; skim off any foam.
  6. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
  7. Adjust caps.
  8. Process for 10 minutes in a boiling-water bath.
