Chili-Cheese and Beef Dip

  1. Brown ground beef, crumble fine, and drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Cover.
  5. Cook on HIGH 1 hour, stirring until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve immediately, or turn on LOW for serving up to 6 hours later.
  7. TIP: Serve over rice, noodles, or baked potatoes as a main dish, making 4-5 servings.
