Cajun Shrimp
- 8 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Coarse Salt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1- 1/2 pound Deveined Shrimp (I Use A Bag Of Frozen)
- 1/2 loaves Sliced French Bread
- Heat oven to 450.
- Melt butter and saute the garlic.
- Add Cajun spices, stir well.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Place shrimp in square baking dish and cover with Cajun butter.
- Toss to make sure its well distributed.
- Bake uncovered for 10 min.
- Stir and continue baking until shrimp is all pink (mine was fully cooked already so 10 minutes is enough).
- Serve with butter sauce and bread for dipping.
