A Yogurt Salad: Tomato and Onion Raita

  1. Cut the tomato and onion into 1 cm dice.
  2. Raw onion has a harsh flavor, so rinse it quickly in water.
  3. Put the cut up tomato and onion in a bowl.
  4. Add yogurt.
  5. Mix the yogurt, vegetables and salt and pepper together well.
  6. Add some finely chopped fresh coriander, and it's done.
