A Yogurt Salad: Tomato and Onion Raita
- 1 Tomato (medium)
- 1/2 Onion (medium)
- 200 grams Plain yogurt
- 1 handful Fresh coriander leaves
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Cut the tomato and onion into 1 cm dice.
- Raw onion has a harsh flavor, so rinse it quickly in water.
- Put the cut up tomato and onion in a bowl.
- Add yogurt.
- Mix the yogurt, vegetables and salt and pepper together well.
- Add some finely chopped fresh coriander, and it's done.
