Grilled Mushrooms on Ciabatta

  1. Place mushrooms on a foil lined baking tray, stalk side up.
  2. Combine garlic, parsley and seasoning then sprinkle over mushrooms.
  3. Spray with olive oil.
  4. Cook the mushrooms under a preheated grill for 6-8 minutes under medium heat, until cooked.
  5. Remove and keep warm.
  6. Spray ciabatta with oil then grill for 1-2 minutes each side until golden.
  7. Serve two pieces ciabatta on each serving plate.
  8. Spread with chutney then top with mushrooms and a dollop of Philly; serve.
