Grilled Mushrooms on Ciabatta
- 8 medium Swiss Brown mushrooms, stalks trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
- olive oil spray
- 8 slices ciabatta
- 1/2 cup tomato chutney King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Original Cream For Cooking
- Place mushrooms on a foil lined baking tray, stalk side up.
- Combine garlic, parsley and seasoning then sprinkle over mushrooms.
- Spray with olive oil.
- Cook the mushrooms under a preheated grill for 6-8 minutes under medium heat, until cooked.
- Remove and keep warm.
- Spray ciabatta with oil then grill for 1-2 minutes each side until golden.
- Serve two pieces ciabatta on each serving plate.
- Spread with chutney then top with mushrooms and a dollop of Philly; serve.
