Golden Raisin and Pecan Salad

  1. Separate Boston lettuce into leaves.
  2. Place lettuce leaves on serving platter.
  3. Arrange red pepper slices and onion slices on lettuce leaves.
  4. Sprinkle salad with golden raisins and toasted pecan halves.
  5. Drizzle with prepared balsamic vinaigrette.
  6. Season salad with salt and cracked black pepper, if desired.
