Ambrosia Parfait

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the mandarin oranges, mango, pineapple, banana, strawberries, and coconut.
  2. To assemble, spoon about 1/4 cup yogurt into each parfait glass or small bowl.
  3. Top each with 1/4 cup fruit mixture.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Sprinkle with the cranberries.
  6. Serve or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
