Quick Curried Turkey and Pear Salad

  1. Mix the curry with the lemon juice, to dissolve.
  2. Mix in the mayonnaise.
  3. Fold in with the turkey, pears, and scallions.
  4. Season.
  5. Serve on a bed of romaine leaves.
  6. Wine suggestion: Bernadus Chardonnay 1997
