Traveling Protein Bars
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 13 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 16 tablespoons protein powder (8-scoops,1/2 chocolate, 1/2 unflavored)
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 3 ounces sugar free cocolate pudding
- 2 cups skim milk
- 12-23 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons vegetable glycerine
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat a glass pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour into a pan, and bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
