Thyme and Rosemary Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees (200 C.).
  2. Cut potatoes into 1/2 squares.
  3. Mix potatoes, oil, thyme and rosemary in non-stick casserole pan.
  4. Cook in heated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Toss often to brown evenly.
