Easy Horseradish Sauce

• 1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream
• 3 tbsp prepared horseradish, well drained
• 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Beat whipping cream in a chilled bowl until stiff.
2. Fold in prepared horseradish and salt.
3. Easy and delicious - enjoy!
