Sweet and Tart Yellow Tomatoes

• 8 large yellow cherry tomatoes or 12 small ones
• 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar or other white wine vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar

1. Wash, stem and halve tomatoes.
2. Mix vinegar with sugar in serving dish.
3. Add tomatoes and toss.
