Dijon-Pecan Turkey

  1. Pound turkey to 1/4-inch thickness.
  2. Spread 1 Tbsp.
  3. of the mustard evenly onto both sides of cutlets; coat evenly with pecans.
  4. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add turkey; cook 4 to 5 min.
  6. or until cooked through, turning after 2 min.
  7. Remove to serving platter; cover to keep warm.
  8. Combine remaining 2 Tbsp.
  9. mustard, the chicken broth and lemon juice in small saucepan.
  10. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  11. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 1 min., stirring constantly.
  12. Spoon over the turkey.
