Cake Ina Coffee Mug Cake (Makes Enough For 8 9 Mugs) Recipe

• 1 x boxed cake mix any flavor
• 1 box (four serving size) INSTANT pudding mix, any flavor

1. Pour dry cake mix and dry pudding mix into a large bowl and mix together.
2. Place 1/2 c. dry mix into small baggies till all of the mix is used up.
3. Label these "cake mix"
4. Suggestions for cake-pudding combinations Pineapple cake-coconut puddingButterscotch cake-butterscotch puddingChocolate cake-fudge puddingyellow cake-pistachio pudding
5. Glaze (these amounts are for 1 cake only)
6. 1/3 C powdered sugar1 1/2 teaspoon dry flavoring such as powdered fruit drink mix, cocoa pwdr
7. Put this into a baggie and label "Glaze mix"
8. Attach the following baking instructions for each c.:
9. Generously spray inside of coffee c. with cooking spray.
10. empty contents of cake mix into c. Add in 1 egg white 1tablespoon oil 1 Tbsp.
11. water Mix 15 seconds carefully till all mix is moist.
12. Microwave on fullpower for 2 min.
13. (may not work well in a low wattage microwave)While cake is baking place Glaze mix ingredients into a very small bowl.
14. Add in 1 1/2 teaspoon water.
15. Mix well Pour over your cake when slightly cooled.
16. Enjoy
