Stir-fried Shirataki, Tofu and Tarako
- 110 grams, 1 bag Shirataki
- 150 grams Tofu
- 1 Tarako
- 1 tbsp of each Sake, soy sauce, mirin
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 Green onions
- 1 Black pepper
- Cut the shirataki into suitable size and wash. Cut the tofu into easy to eat size.
- Mix the ingredients.
- Heat a frying pan with butter.
- Add the drained tofu and shirataki to cook.
- Season with the ingredients.
- Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Finally garnish with finely chopped green onion and it's done.
