Whole Wheat Linguine Pasta Salad
- whole wheat linguine, cooked
- 2 cups Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
- 1-1/2 qt. fresh asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch lengths, blanched
- 1 qt. grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 cups beef skirt steaks, grilled, cut into thin slices
- 2 cups roasted yellow peppers, julienned Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 2 cups frozen petite peas, thawed
- 2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups red onions, julienned
- 1-1/3 cups fresh basil, chiffonade
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- Combine all ingredients except cheese.
- For each serving: Place 1 cup (250 mL) salad on serving plate; top with about 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) cheese.
