Sticky BBQ Wings

  1. Heat your oven to 375 F.

  3. In a large mixing bowl add your drummettes and season to taste with garlic powder, onion powder and add salt (mix well).

  5. Lightly spray a large cookie sheet that youve lined with nonstick foil with oil/non-stick spray (for added protection).

  7. Add you chicken to the sheet and place in oven for about 45 minutes to an hour.

  9. In a small bowl mix the remaining ingredients.
  10. Remove the tray from the oven.
  11. Pour the sauce over your chicken mixing to make sure that the wings are coated (you may only need about 3/4 of this sauce but there is plenty left over if you want to cook more chicken or save it for the following day in the refrigerator).

  13. Place tray back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes (tossing to coat each piece).
  14. Then take it out of the oven and enjoy immediately.
