Smoked Mozzarella BBQ Chicken Pizza
- 1 whole Recipe(s) Of Your Favorite Pizza Dough (enough For A Medium-large Pizza)
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 ounces, weight Smoked Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded Or Sliced (I Shredded Half And Sliced Half...because I'm Indecisive)
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken Shredded
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 13 cups Your Favorite Barbecue Sauce
- 13 cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped

- Preheat oven to 375 F. Spread pizza dough out on a pizza pan or a large baking sheet until it is about 1/3 thick.
- (You could also use a pizza stone if youve got one).

- Drizzle olive oil over dough and top with half of the mozzarella (I used the shredded portion here).
- 3.
- Spread shredded chicken over the top of the pizza and top with remaining mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

- Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes until crust has lightly browned and cheese is melted.
- 5.
- Remove pizza from oven.
- Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with chopped fresh cilantro.
- Slice and serve immediately.
- Note: Pizza is super customizable so experiment with different toppings to create your perfect pie!
