Sizzling Beef & Pepper Stir-Fry
- 1 Tbsp. oil, divided
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb./450 g), cut across the grain into thin slices Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1 each orange and red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 4 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
- Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
- oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; stir-fry 1-1/2 min.
- or until done.
- Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.
- Heat remaining oil in skillet.
- Add peppers, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 4 to 5 min.
- or until peppers are crisp-tender.
- Mix dressing and soy sauce; add to skillet.
- Cook and stir 30 sec.
- or until heated through.
- Stir in meat and onions.
