Pollo ala Mexicana

  1. Spray pan with non-stick spray.
  2. I used olive oil spray.Saute the onion, jalapeno, and tomatoes in a pan.
  3. Once the veggies are a little soft add the cooked shredded chicken.
  4. Add the chicken bouillon.
  5. Cover and simmer for a few min.
  6. Ready to serve once chicken is heated through.
