Irish Coffee

• 8 ounces hot coffee, black
• 1 12 ounces Irish whiskey
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• whipped cream

1. Place 1 teaspoons sugar in the bottom of an Irish coffee cup.
2. Add 1-1/2 oz.
3. Irish whisky and let it dissolve the sugar.
4. Pour in 8 oz.
5. piping hot coffee.
6. Top it off with a heaping spoonful of whipped cream.
