Dried Chili Chicken
- 250 grams Boneless, skinless Chicken Fillet
- 1 medium Onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 slice ginger
- 4 each Dried Chilies
- 1 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 bunch Spring Onions
- 1/4 cup Toasted Cashew Nuts
- Cut the chicken into 1,5 cm chunks
- Marinate the chicken for at least 10 minutes.
- Cut the onion into 8.
- Finely chopped the garlic.
- Washed and cut the dried chilies lengthwise .
- Heat oil in a wok or fry pan at HIGH
- Saute Garlic and Dried Chilies, till fragrant NOT burnt
- Add the onions and ginger, and continue Stirling till the onion softened .
- Add the marinated chickeen and stir for 2 minutes.
- Removed and served with any vegetable dish on a plate of white rice.
