Dried Chili Chicken

  1. Cut the chicken into 1,5 cm chunks
  2. Marinate the chicken for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the onion into 8.
  4. Finely chopped the garlic.
  5. Washed and cut the dried chilies lengthwise .
  6. Heat oil in a wok or fry pan at HIGH
  7. Saute Garlic and Dried Chilies, till fragrant NOT burnt
  8. Add the onions and ginger, and continue Stirling till the onion softened .
  9. Add the marinated chickeen and stir for 2 minutes.
  10. Removed and served with any vegetable dish on a plate of white rice.
