Apple Pie In A Brown Bag Recipe
- 4 lrg Apples -- peeled and sliced
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 x Pie crust
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Butter -- melted
- Place apple slices in pastry-lined pie pan.
- Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
- Drizzle with lemon juice.
- In bowl, combine topping ingredients till crumbly; sprinkle over pie.
- Place in brown paper bag, fold end twice and fasten.
- Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 min.
