Chocolate Meringues

  1. Beat egg whites with the salt until stiff.
  2. Beat in sugar and fold in almonds, vanilla and chocolate.
  3. Drop by tsps.
  4. onto a greased cookie tray.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
  6. Rill in confectioners sugar while still warm.
