Vegetable Medley Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook vegetables and drain.
  2. Add in butter and Large eggs, then season to taste.
  3. Fold in mushrooms and lowfat sour cream.
  4. Add in French onions.
  5. Smooth soup with lowfat milk and add in to other ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
  8. Optional: Paprika may be sprinkled on top to help brown.
